Application and removal

Vinyl decals work best on flat surfaces. Walls should be matte finished as semi-gloss and glossy paint interferes with adhesion. Wall paint should be completely dry (2 weeks, up to 3 weeks in cold, damp climates). Surfaces must be clean. Vinyl also works on surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, and flat, sealed concrete. Production / turn-around time

All our items are custom fabricated as ordered. Turn around time varies by work load, from 2-5 business days. Add 7 business days for 60″ Spheres which require special order materials.

Shipping

We offer UPS ground and USPS to US customers (UPS provides a tracking number, USPS does not. USPS ships to PO boxes, UPS does not). We offer USPS shipping only to international customers. We ship anywhere in the world. Customers are responsible for any international customs & tariffs. If you do not see your country in our shipping options, please contact us and we will get you set up. info@spherelab.com

Rush shipping

We do not currently offer rush shipping.

Sales tax

None. We are located in Oregon, which has no sales tax.

Wholesale

Color swatches

Our on-line color swatches are taken directly from the vinyl manufacturer to assure a best possible match to actual material color. However, even “best possible color match” is not completely accurate, and different computer monitors show colors very differently. We can provide physical material samples if needed—contact us for more information: info@spherelab.com. We offer 24 colors of vinyl on our web site. Dozens of additional colors are available for custom work, but we can not match colors outside of what is available from our manufacturer.
